The world of journalism is constantly changing.  So is our curriculum.  Now, students may choose course work in one of our two departments: News and Strategic Communications.

You can study to become a news or sports reporter, photojournalist, broadcast journalist or editor.   

If you’re interested in advertising and public relations, you can learn skills for working in agencies, nonprofit organizations and media companies.

You’ll be engaged in social media, blogging and the web -- both creating and interacting.
